π Enhancements
Cross-Asset Service List Retrieval
What's New
A new API endpoint is now available to retrieve a service list across multiple assets in a single request. Previously, integrations and Power BI connectors needed to fetch services asset-by-asset, resulting in high API usage and slower refresh times for large tenants.
Key Benefits
- Reduce service-related API calls by over 90%
- Faster Power BI and integration refresh times
- Improved scalability and connector reliability
- Simplified cross-asset service reporting
Supported Capabilities
The new endpoint supports:
- Open and completed service retrieval
- Date based filtering
- Paginated responses for large datasets
Returned data includes:
- Asset details
- Service status
- Service dates
- Due dates
- Service titles and types
Support for serviceState attribute for Asset List Open Services
Added support for the serviceState attribute in the List Asset Open Services endpoint, aligning the response structure with the List Asset History Services API where the attribute was already available
This provides consistent service state information across open and history service APIs, improving response consistency and consumer usability.
